We'll guarantee your appliance against mechanical failure for 12 months from the date of delivery.
Should your appliance fail within 90 days of receipt you'll be offered the option to have your purchase repaired, replaced or a full refund.
Claims made after 90 days will be offered repairs or replacements.

Grade A
Pristine condition, no cosmetic damage, or any mechanical faults.
Grade A is as close to “as new” as possible, however, even Grade A appliances will have gone through our 10-point testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.
So, regardless of what product type you’re considering ordering you’ll probably find some indication of it being having been used due to our testing programme.
Grade B
No visible cosmetic damage to the front of the appliance but some minor damage could be found on either side of the appliance as well as the rear.
Each appliance is photographed with helpful indicators to highlight issues so check each available unit for details.
Grade B appliances are considered “very good” condition and will have gone through our 10-point testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.
So, regardless of what product type you’re considering ordering you’ll probably find some indication of it being having been used due to our testing programme.
Grade C
You may find visible cosmetic damage on the front of Grade C appliances and notable cosmetic damage on the sides and rear, as always, we photograph in detail each appliance of this grade type with helpful indicators to highlight issues so check each available unit for details to find the one you’ll be most satisfied with.
Grade C appliances are considered “good” condition and despite any cosmetic issues they’ll function “as new” having gone through our 10-point testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.
