Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Renew 2 U.
If for any reason you are not happy with your refurbished product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Collections
We can appreciate that returning a large appliance to isn't easy to arrange so we're more than happy to arrange a collection of an appliance on your behalf with one of our delivery partners, simply email hello@renew2u.co.uk for details.
Exchanges
Regrettably, we can only refund products ordered via our website so if you require a similar item or the same item in a different colour option than we'd suggest you order that separately.
We can however exchange goods returned to our store here in Gateshead.
Return Costs
The cost of returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer, we can arrange for the collection of any unwanted goods using one of our specialist couriers and we'll deduct the costs from any refund, currently this is £90 (inc. VAT) for oversized appliances such as American Style or large four door refrigerators and £50 (inc. VAT) for everything else.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Unfortunately, although quite rare mistakes by ourselves or our delivery partners sometimes do happen, however, if something does go wrong with your order, we will resolve your issues quickly and with minimum inconvenience for you.
The easiest way to get in touch is by replying to your order confirmation email so we can quickly identify your order and the goods you should have received, or the tracking information assigned to your order.
Product Warranties
All our refurbished products are backed by a 12-month direct replacement warranty, please contact us by emailing us at warranty@renew2u.co.uk or by replying to your order confirmation if you have any warranty-related issues before sending anything back to us.

Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to either no communication with our delivery partners or the address provided at the time of order was incomplete/incorrect then upon return of your orders goods, we'll cancel your order and refund your original payment method minus up to £90 (inc. VAT) to cover the cost of carriage and the return of the undeliverable goods.
